Make sure you clients can you leave you a message on your Budget Number should the line be busy or not answered. Just like an answer phone you can personalise your own message for your customers to hear. Shortly after your customer has left a message Budget will email you their voice recording any time of day or night.

CallQ - Connection Fee =£100.00 - Service Fee = £800
Your phones are busy, your customer calls and the number is engaged, will your customer call back or go to another competitor? Using Budget’s CallQ all your calls are answered and the customer is kept in a queue until a line becomes free.

Follow ME - Connection Fee = £50.00 - Service Fee = £200
Are you constantly moving around, on the road, running between offices? Make sure your customers have the best chance of getting hold of you with follow me mixit plan. You can choose up to 3 different locations, e.g. home, office and mobile and each one will ring in turn.

Virtual Receptionist - Connection Fee = £50.00 - Service Fee =£600
Do you waste time answering calls for the wrong department? This Mixit plan guides your customer to right department by giving the caller a choice - Press 1 for Sales, 2 For Accounts etc. If you’re a new company this plan could make your company seem larger to your prospective customer, instilling confidence.

Simple Audio - Connection Fee = £50.00 - Service Fee = £200.00
Do you want to promote an event? Tell your customers your opening hours? Update your clients on new business possibilities? Then this Mixit plan is the one for you. Budget Simple Audio allows you to record up to 5 minutes of information for your customers to listen to. What’s great is that we can attach your Budget number directly to our server so you don’t need to go through the expense of installing another telephone line and paying even more line rental. Voicebox - Connection Fee = £50.00 - Service Fee = £200.00
This Mixit plan is very similar to Simple Audio however, you have full control over the content and can change the announcements as many times as you want by dialling an 0871 number and re-recording. Remember you don’t need a phone line for this, and up to 10,000 of your customers can call your Budget number at the same time – so we can handle 1000’s of call at once.

Divert - Connection Fee = £50.00 - Service Fee = £200.00
If you have a couple of offices or telephones scattered over a building, if you are out of the office and you need someone to answer the calls this Mixit plan can really help you.

e.g. the customer calls in, your number is engaged or rings (|Budget advises a max of 2-3 rings|) your budget number will then try another number up to four times – hopefully by then somebody has answered the call or it goes to an answer machine (maybe Budgets voicemail to email)

Time / Day / Date - Connection Fee = £50.00 - Service Fee = £200.00
Say your office closes at 5pm Monday to Friday and is closed at weekends but you still want your customers calls to be answered, this Mixit plan will divert you calls to any number you want at the same time day or night. Your customers could be transferred to a call centre, Voicemail to email or to another branch that is open outside office hours, the choice is yours.

Fax to Email - Connection Fee = £50.00 - Service Fee = £50.00
Choose a fax to email 0871 number and receive faxes without even having a machine! Budget will convert every fax you receive into an email and sent them on to you saving you all the expense of running another telephone line, fax paper and toner. Also your Budget fax number can accept more than 1 fax at a time – no need for your customers to wait by their fax machines to redial, as every fax will go through first time.
