0845 numbers. In addition there are 2* Telsis Ocean
Intelligent Network Platforms that are capable of delivering mixit
call services such as divert options and voicemail to email.
To ensure calls are not lost the network has identical
operational locations throughout the UK with extensive interconnects with the
UK's leading telecoms providers.
There are eight points around
the UK that interconnect with BT designed to have no single point of failure.
Every point of interconnect is
fed into each exchange meaning that in the unlikely event of
service disruption the calls are automatically re-routed so that the call isn't
lost, a process known as SDH (Sycronised Digital Hierachy).
